How does the process work?
1. You purchase the tickets on the website and pay by card or invoice
2. You will immediately receive an order confirmation via email
3. About 5 days before the match is played, you will receive another email from order@ticket2.com. We will then ask you to confirm your phone number
4. You will receive the tickets sent to you as mobile tickets via WhatsApp
Will we sit next to each other?
We guarantee that no one sits alone, which means that you are guaranteed seats next to each other if you buy two or three tickets. If you are a larger group, you may be divided into smaller groups. We then try to find seats as close to each other as possible. If you have specific requests or inquiries, email us at info@ticket2.com.
What payment methods do you offer?
Credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard) and invoice.
Do I need to print the tickets?
You scan the tickets at the entrance, through the mobile phone. You do not need to print the tickets.
Do you offer cancellation protection?
We do not offer cancellation protection but we do offer to resell your tickets if you cannot attend the match. You can easily create an account on our site, and email us with the price you want to sell the tickets for. We then publish the tickets for you.
Are you available on match day if I have questions?
We are available 7 days a week until 22:00. You can reach us most easily at info@ticket2.com or via the chat function.
Where are you located?
We have an office in Stockholm, but sell tickets all over Europe.
Can I get the tickets earlier?
We send the tickets to you as soon as we receive them from the club in question.
