Q: How do I know which sites I get the game or
concert?
A: As many tickets are bought and sold, it is sometimes difficult
to say exactly which tickets you will receive. If a seller has

it says that tickets are not available. Why?
A: Someone else has initiated a purchase of the tickets after the
list of available tickets were downloaded to your computer.
Tickets are no longer on the list, but your browser
not automatically updated.
