Seating plan of the sections at Emirates Stadium

How to buy Arsenal tickets at Ticket2

Choose your match, then the part of the stadium you want to sit in. There are usually four options: the home section, which is normally in the upper tier behind the goal and the cheapest choice, the lower tier behind the goal, the upper side stand and the lower side stand. Most people who want the best view of the game choose the side stands. All seats are among the home supporters.

Within the section you choose, we seat your party as well as we can. You receive an order confirmation by email straight after purchase, and at the turnstile you scan the ticket on your phone.

How much are Arsenal tickets?

The price depends mainly on the opponent. The most expensive matches are the North London derby against Tottenham and the games against Manchester City, Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea. Matches against teams in the bottom half of the table and midweek fixtures are usually the cheapest, and a good choice if you want to experience Emirates Stadium without paying for a top game.

For the same match, the home section in the upper tier behind the goal is the cheapest and the lower side stand the most expensive. Prices often rise as match day approaches, so it pays to book early. The price you see is the price you pay, with no fees added after booking.

The atmosphere at Arsenal home matches

Just over 60,000 spectators fill Emirates Stadium, and before kick-off the whole ground sings "North London Forever". The atmosphere peaks for the derby against Tottenham and the decisive matches against the other top clubs. Against teams lower down the table it is calmer, but with the reigning champions on the pitch, expectations in the stands are high at every match.

You sit among the home fans, so behave as a neutral spectator. What that means in practice is explained under frequently asked questions further down the page.

About Arsenal

Arsenal were founded in 1886 by workers at the armaments factory in Woolwich, south-east London, which gave the club its nickname, The Gunners. In 1913 the club moved to Highbury in north London, and since 2006 the team has played at Emirates Stadium a few hundred metres away.

Under Arsène Wenger, manager from 1996 to 2018, Arsenal won the league three times. In 2003/04 the team went through all 38 league matches unbeaten and became known as "The Invincibles". In spring 2026 Arsenal won the Premier League under Mikel Arteta, the club's first league title in 22 years and the fourteenth in all. The same season the team reached the Champions League final, which was lost on penalties to Paris Saint-Germain. Arsenal have also won the FA Cup 14 times, more than any other club.

According to Forbes' valuation from May 2026, Arsenal are the eighth most valuable football club in the world, valued at 5.4 billion dollars.

Arsenal players

At Emirates Stadium you will see captain Martin Ødegaard, Bukayo Saka, Declan Rice and William Saliba, the core of the side that won the title. Up front is Swedish striker Viktor Gyökeres, who arrived from Sporting in the summer of 2025 and scored 14 league goals in the championship season.

Among the greatest names in the club's history are Thierry Henry, Dennis Bergkamp, Tony Adams, Ian Wright and Patrick Vieira. Henry remains Arsenal's record goalscorer, and his statue stands outside the stadium.

Emirates Stadium: the ground, the food and how to get there

How big is Emirates Stadium?

Emirates Stadium opened in 2006 and holds 60,704 spectators, making it one of the largest club grounds in England. It cost 390 million pounds to build. The stadium is built as a bowl with no pillars blocking the view, so you see well from every seat.

How do I get to Emirates Stadium?

From central London the journey takes 20 to 30 minutes by public transport.

  • Underground: Piccadilly Line to Arsenal station, a few minutes' walk from the stadium.
  • Underground or train to Finsbury Park (Piccadilly Line and Victoria Line), about a 10 minute walk. The train from King's Cross takes around 5 minutes.
  • Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line and Overground), a 10 to 15 minute walk.
  • A taxi takes 25 to 45 minutes depending on traffic and is rarely quicker than the Underground on match days.

Flying in for the match? Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton all have direct rail or Underground connections into central London, and from there the stadium is half an hour away. After the final whistle the queue at Arsenal station is long, and many walk to Finsbury Park or Highbury & Islington instead.

Food and drink at Emirates Stadium

Inside the ground you will find classic British match-day food such as pies, burgers and fish and chips, along with pizza, beer, cider, wine and soft drinks. Emirates Stadium is cashless, so you pay by card or phone. If you want to eat before the match, there are pubs and food stalls along Holloway Road and Blackstock Road, where the atmosphere builds a couple of hours before kick-off.
