Safe trading is the corner stone for our business. To offer the best service possible to both buyers and sellers we've come up with a system for ticket exhange where both parties share the same trading rules. As a buyer you pay a deposit for the tickets. We keep your money safe and pay the seller only after your tickets have been delivered. After the delivery you have seven days (for concert tickets 24 hrs) to get back to us in case you are not satisfied.
It's convenient
For your convenience, there's no need for you to contact the seller directly. We at Ticket2 have all the answers to your tickets questions. We keep an eye for ticket deliveries as we are in touch with our sellers even during weekends. We only work with registered and approved ticket brokers. Most of them have been with us since the beginning in 2006.
Same rules for buyers & sellers
Both sellers and buyers are expected to accept the same terms and conditions before they can participate in the ticket exchange.Seller manual, Buyer manual and the Swedish Personal Data Act are inextricable parts of the Terms of Service that regulate ticket exchange at Ticket2.com.
When purchasing a gift card, the validity period is 1 year.

How does the process work?
1. You buy the tickets on the website and pay by card or invoice
2. You immediately receive an order confirmation by email
3. About 5 days before the match, you will receive another email from order@ticket2.com. We will ask you to confirm your phone number
4. You will receive the tickets as mobile tickets via WhatsApp
Will we sit next to each other?
When buying 2 tickets, we guarantee seats next to each other.
When buying 3 tickets, an additional fee applies to guarantee seats next to each other.
When buying 4 tickets, you will be seated 2+2.

What payment methods do you offer?
Card payment (Visa and Mastercard) and invoice.
Do I need to print the tickets?
You scan the tickets at the entrance using your mobile phone. You do not need to print the tickets.
Do you offer cancellation insurance?
We do not offer cancellation insurance, but we offer the option to resell your tickets if you cannot attend the match.
You can easily create an account on our website and send us an email with the price you would like to sell the tickets for. We will publish the tickets for you.
Will you be available on match day if I have questions?
We are available 7 days a week until 22:00. You can easily reach us at info@ticket2.com or through the chat function.
Where are you located?
We have offices in Stockholm, but we sell tickets all across Europe.
Can I get the tickets earlier?
We will send you the tickets as soon as we receive them from the club.
