How do I know which seats I’ll get?

On the "Available tickets" page, we'll show you the exact seats if the seller provided them. We allow sellers to decide whether or not they will show the exact seats for the tickets they are selling. If the seller didn't provide specific seat numbers, we can’t see that information either. Don't worry – up to three seats you purchase from a single listing will be together and within the section you choose for your tickets.

How and when will I get my tickets?

Events in Nordic countries: The tickets are usually delivered by registered mail to your home address within 3-4 days. The delivery time may vary.

International events: The tickets are usually delivered directly to your hotel on location. For more information, contact our customer service. You’ll also receive detailed information about the delivery in your order confirmation.

What happens if the event I bought tickets to is cancelled or moved to another date?

It’s your responsibility as the ticket holder to keep track of possible fixture changes. In case a football game is rescheduled to another date, the tickets are still valid for the new date. We usually advise sport travellers to book flights and accommodations in a way that allows some flexibility in case of date changes. If you bought tickets to a concert that was cancelled, your money will be refunded by the arranging party.

I haven’t used your service before. How can I be sure to get the tickets?

There are two things that make ticket exchange safe at our marketplace. First, most of our sellers are people we’ve worked with since the beginning in 2006 and we know they always deliver. Second, we never pay the seller before your tickets have been delivered. In addition, after a football match you have seven days to register your complaint if something wasn’t to your satisfaction.

I bought tickets through Ticket2.com but now I don’t want them anymore. Can I get my money back?

All sales are final at Ticket2.com. The right to return items purchased online doesn’t apply to event tickets. If you’re unable to use your purchased tickets we’ll gladly help you in re-selling them.

What’s your fee? I want to know exactly how much my tickets will cost.

There are no hidden fees. If you pay with credit card our service fee is 10% of the ticket value. If you choose invoice the service fee is 15% of the ticket value. Shipping cost is always the same, 79 SEK (approximately 9 EUR).

How can you have tickets to an event that is already sold out?

All tickets offered for sale are bought through the usual channels. If the ticket holder is unable to attend the event they choose to sell the tickets at Ticket2.com

How do I pay for the tickets?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and payment by invoice.

Is it legal to re-sell tickets?

Ticket2.com is a Sweden-based company and we adhere to Swedish laws and regulations. In Sweden there’s no legal impediment to re-selling tickets.

What does it cost to sell tickets at Ticket2.com?

Listing tickets for sale is free. Our commission is 15% of the ticket value if your tickets sell. There are no other fees for selling tickets.

Will we sit next to each other?

When buying 2 tickets, we guarantee seats next to each other.

When buying 3 tickets, an additional fee applies to guarantee seats next to each other.

When buying 4 tickets, you will be seated 2+2.

Do I need to print the tickets?

You scan the tickets at the entrance using your mobile phone. You do not need to print the tickets.

Do you offer cancellation insurance?

We do not offer cancellation insurance, but we offer the option to resell your tickets if you cannot attend the match.

You can easily create an account on our website and send us an email with the price you would like to sell the tickets for. We will publish the tickets for you.

Will you be available on match day if I have questions?

We are available 7 days a week until 22:00. You can easily reach us at info@ticket2.com or through the chat function.

Where are you located?

We have offices in Stockholm, but we sell tickets all across Europe.

Can I get the tickets earlier?

We will send you the tickets as soon as we receive them from the club.
