To sell tickets at Ticket2.com you need to become a member. There is no membership fee. You can apply for membership here
List your tickets for free and decide your own price. No bargaining or direct contact with the buyers, just sales. No fee is charged if your tickets don't sell or if you want to change prices.
Once your tickets are sold you will receive an e-mail notification. You must then log in to your account and confirm the sale. You will receive payment after the buyer has received their tickets. Trading at our market place is safe. You can be sure to get your money - Ticket2 acts as a middle man between you and the buyer. Our comission is 15% of the ticket value.
Remember the rules of the market place: all listed tickets must be delivered if sold. If you sell the tickets elsewhere you must remove your listing from Ticket2.com immediately.
After you've confirmed the sale, you must send the tickets by registered mail to the adress provided by us. You also have to provide us with tracking ID so that we can verify the delivery of the tickets. You will be compensated for the shipping costs. A payment for the tickets will be made to you after the delivery.

How does the process work?
1. You buy the tickets on the website and pay by card or invoice
2. You immediately receive an order confirmation by email
3. About 5 days before the match, you will receive another email from order@ticket2.com. We will ask you to confirm your phone number
4. You will receive the tickets as mobile tickets via WhatsApp
Will we sit next to each other?
When buying 2 tickets, we guarantee seats next to each other.
When buying 3 tickets, an additional fee applies to guarantee seats next to each other.
When buying 4 tickets, you will be seated 2+2.

What payment methods do you offer?
Card payment (Visa and Mastercard) and invoice.
Do I need to print the tickets?
You scan the tickets at the entrance using your mobile phone. You do not need to print the tickets.
Do you offer cancellation insurance?
We do not offer cancellation insurance, but we offer the option to resell your tickets if you cannot attend the match.
You can easily create an account on our website and send us an email with the price you would like to sell the tickets for. We will publish the tickets for you.
Will you be available on match day if I have questions?
We are available 7 days a week until 22:00. You can easily reach us at info@ticket2.com or through the chat function.
Where are you located?
We have offices in Stockholm, but we sell tickets all across Europe.
Can I get the tickets earlier?
We will send you the tickets as soon as we receive them from the club.
